Event producer

At BeaconLive, you will be paired with a dedicated event producer who will work with you to design the best solution for your webinar, webcast or audio conference.  Your Event Producer will be your direct link to BeaconLive, and the BeaconLiveWeb room, working with you throughout each stage of the event to assure the flawless execution of your delivery from setting up the initial registration page to delivering the final recorded event file and viewing report.

Role of an Event Producer

• Works with the customer to determine the best way to deliver their content
• Set up a branded Registration page complete with e-commerce capabilities
• Set up your OnDemand MediaHub site, connected to your e-commerce accounts.
• Set up the webroom options
• Train your presenters how to deliver an effective webinar and utilize the BLW features
• Schedule the automatic reminder emails  prior to the event
• Set up BeaconCE in the webroom
• Orders transcriptions if required.

Moderator

At BeaconLive, we don’t expect you to be experts in the BLW delivery platform, so we pair you with a knowledgeable moderator who will be your right hand expert in the delivery room with you.  Your very own BeaconLive Moderator will work with you throughout the delivery of your webinar, ensuring a seamless delivery.  With the assistance of this moderator, your online event will appear professional and run smoothly.

Role of a Moderator

• Works with you during the live event to assure the flawless delivery
• Assists with Q&A session
• Introduces the webinar and hosts
• Work with the presenter during a “tech run” to ensure that the speakers are familiar with BLW and the logistics of the event

Post Conference

• Edits the recording event for repurposing in “raw” or fully edited versions
• Delivers recorded files within 48 hours of your live event.
